Bharat Earth Movers Ltd has fixed the price band for its follow-on public offering in the range of Rs 1,020-1,090 per share. At the lower end, the FPO price is at 10% discount to the current market price and 3.88% at the higher band.
At 1:09 PM, the share was at Rs 1,134.50 on the BSE, down Rs 55.85 or 4.69% from Friday's close. In trade so far, the share has touched a high of Rs 1,225 and low of Rs 1,126 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The issue for 49 lakh equity shares opens on Wednesday and closes on July 3. The bidding lot is five shares and in multiples of five shares thereafter.
