Atlas America, Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, payable on November 14, 2007, to shareholders of record on November 7, 2007.
Atlas America, Inc. owns an approximate 48% common unit interest and all of the Class A and management incentive interests in Atlas Energy Resources, LLC, and an 83% interest in Atlas Pipeline Holdings, L.P. , a limited partnership which owns the general partner interest in Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE:APL - News), and all the incentive distribution rights and 5.5 million common units of APL.
