The vice president, planning of oil and gas company Apache Corp. sold 2,709 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
In a Form 4 filed Monday with the SEC, Thomas P. Chambers reported he sold the shares Friday for $85.32 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
Apache is based in Houston.
