The executive vice president and chief operating officer of Regency Energy Partners LP, a natural gas processor and distributor, sold 19,412 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Richard D. Moncrief reported he sold the shares on June 18 for $29.64 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
Regency Energy is based in Dallas.
