Natural gas supplier Spectra Energy Corp. on Monday named Anthony Comper to its board.
Comper recently retired as president and chief executive of BMO Financial Group. He will serve on the compensation committee and the finance and risk management committee.
Shares of Spectra Energy lost 25 cents to $26.16 Monday.
